Thank you for your feedback Jane. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. If you feel you were unaware of the terms please let us know here and I'll arrange for someone to call and help advise.

My credit agreement shows the first payment was due to be made on 15/05/2019 however they took the money on 18/04/2019, the website is basic and there is no account area
