Bad customer service and bad info on website. I borrowed £500 and was told I'll pay £46 a month but after I applied, they are taking £114 from me for18 months which makes it £2,500 or so. This is so...

Thank you for the update to the review. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. As you have already done so, you can choose to withdraw from the loan agreement as all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, you can also choose to settle the loan agreement earlier than the 18 month term entitling you to a statutory rebate reducing the total amount payable significantly.

It was never explained on your website that borrowing £500 will be a payment of £114 spread on 18months. This is so wrong. I just read peoples review and realised it was the same thing I went through. I asked the rude lady I spoke to, to redraw the money from my account and her comments so so bad so I hang up and truly the money has been taken off my account thank God to that. Let people understand how much they will have to pay when apply for it. I was happy to pay the £46 a month until you came up with £114 making it £2,500. It's so wrong. You work there so you wont admit how bad it is. Put yourself in people's shoes and you'll know how they feel by being RIP off.

Thank you for your feedback Jonathan. Would you be able to expand on what needs to be more accessible on our website? We plan to have an online portal released this Summer if you were looking for a tool to check up on your current loan which will go along with our current online application and payment system.
