Thank you for your feedback Andrew. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Also, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.

The service is really good but the interest rates are astronomical and as such should only be used in an absolute emergency.

Thank you for your feedback Dean. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
