Hi there, looking at the image you've provided shows that you've spoken with someone called Lisa. However, no one in our team goes by that name. Your order for our iron on labels was successfully dispatched to the correct address No.8 via Royal Mail as selected. We've left a voicemail to try and discuss this with you as I'm not very sure how a child can outgrow iron on labels. We'll do our best to help and hopefully we'll find a solution for you!
