It's now been a week since Kingsbridge responded but have not made contact as indicated. Guess they haven't investigated either. Only one conclusion.

The Client Services Manager has spoken with me and we had a frank and open discussion. In full fairness to Kingsbridge they understood, accepted and taken on board my feedback implementing amendments to their processes. This should restore my service experience to that previously provided and improve communication. Because of the manner this complaint has been dealt with I am changing my rating to Good.
