Thank you for leaving your review albeit negative. Your order was placed over the Christmas period when delivery services are not running. Your order was despatched on the very same day to you and overseas deliveries on the Royal Mail service that was chosen at the time of ordering take between 7-14 working days. This does not include bank holidays or weekends.
