Investigating this, it left our warehouse next day but got delayed at Fedex Hub for 4 days. The reason for the hold was unknown and I have raised this with our account manager. We look to improve our service wherever possible and appreciate all of the feedback our customers leave us. I do hope that you feel you can order with us again some day and that you receive a better service.
