It's always a dissappointment to read comments where we have fallen short - and we apologise for not making things clear when you moved in to store. Sincere apologies. We do require notice prior to customers moving out and that notice period is a strict 14 days - you can move out earlier, but we do charge for storage up until the end of the full storage term. And, you are right 24 hour access (or extended hours access) 7 days, is available - and it is charged. However, on Sundays usual opening hours are 10-2pm.

Thanks for your comments and feedback about pricing, service and our team. Delighted that the partnership with Enterprise was of use to help with your move in to storage. We do offer 24hr access as well as extended hours access - but it's at an additional charge. You can add this to your package for a fixed term if it's needed at a specific point/date.
