It has definitely improved my sleep and lessened the ache in my neck in the morning.

Never got an order confirmation when placed an order. Tried calling, just goes to voicemail, emailed, no response. Want to return pillow as not very comfortable but do not have an order number....

Fast delivery but pillows not very good. Lasted no longer than a week before going flat

Whilst the website was easy to use the delivery was left at my front door on a busy street and the driver didn’t knock or ring the bell. I was at home all day so there is no reason to drop a package...
