Hi Janet,
Our apologies the candle was damaged, sometimes couriers can be clumsy. We are sorry you did not receive the replacement candle we dispatched to you. Our courier had marked it as delivered, but when you had said it was not received we issued you a refund straight away.
I apologise you felt there was a lot of back and forth correspondence, and we absolutely do not think that.
With current times Couriers are overwhelmed at present with the amount of parcels going out.

Love this maternity pillow. It worked far better for me than a different more expensive version. Works well for side sleeping and really good at stopping you from rolling onto back. Highly recommend
