From the start to finish i could not fault the service i received. Ordering the sleep pillow directly and not paying for postage as it was free and yet receiving the product the next day, amazing.
I think the quality of the pillowcase could be better.
I also think ties/button hooks on the legs of the pillow so it doesn’t splay apart whilst you sleep and therefore supports you more would be...
