Good quality furniture, dodgy packaging!
The lab stool was really good quality, but packaging left legs exposed and they got scratched.

Information about delivery date and times is not great
Letting you know about delivery is not very good at all. They need someone on site to receive delivery and yet an email arrives on the day to tell you that a delivery is to be made. A text arrived at...
