I popped in the Braintree shop and was helped by some very helpful staff but as they didn't have my size helmet recommend I order online which I did & was very happy all round.

I do apologise for this. We aim to send all items out as soon as possible on a next day delivery. Your order was sent out in two parts on the same day as the stock wasn't all available from one location. The two items sent from the warehouse seem to have gone missing. I do apologise for this. I have had these sent out again for you on a next day delivery with Fedex and have included some free gifts.
