Extremely happy with the purchase of my Jeep; Peter Turner explained the whole process from start to finish ensuring a flawless purchase and on time delivery of my vehicle.
Customer service was great through the sales process, but completely lost interest once the sale was completed. Aftersales was poor!

I thought all cars had a PDI check before the new owner took posession but unfortunately that was not the case

Good Morning Sir, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Really sorry to hear you're unhappy. I've looked in to this with our aftersales team and I believe you have your car booked in with us on Friday. All our cars do have a pre delivery check but unfortunately from time to time issues can arise after the check was carried out that's why there is a 3 month warranty with all used cars.
