Following my initial review of the service provided by Jordans in relation to an aftersales issue I am pleased to say the company moved quickly to reach a satisfactory resolution. Should I have received this service in the first place I would not have needed to mark them in such a way so I'm happy to change my rating in accordance & thank them for their speedy actions
