As a valued customer going back to 2007 we are pleased you have high lighted the fact the service was not up to our normal standards, and that the fit on the hoody was unusually large.
We have received your return and it was refunded on the 9th February, so please contact us if our records are wrong.
Where the item looked diefferent to the images on screen and in the catalogue, we are looking into this immediately. Where we get products that are incorrect to their images, we re photograph the item, the website can be updated immediately, but the catalogue would be updated at the next print run.
This has been passe through to the buyers and Q.C teams, so thanks for this.
