It was frustrating that we were told to expect a call for delivery within a week and after nearly two weeks no one had called so we has to chase for delivery.

Thank you for your feedback which is much appreciated. We contact all our customers once we have them scheduled for delivery and we apologise if you were given incorrect information about when contact would be made.

Delivery arrangements worked OK.
