Thank you for submitting your comments to which I would like to reply. Firstly the information that we send out with your ticketing details clearly defines the baggage allowance for both hold and cabin baggage at 20kgs and 10kgs respectively.
The rooms at the Norfolk Lodge are allocated by the Manager 3 days priorto arrival. Rooms are allocated according to special requests ie low floor etc but the Hotel assures us that no preference is given to any particular operator or indeed their direct bookings.
