Thank you for your feedback with regards to the service at the Radisson Hotel. I have corresponded with the management of the Hotel and they have asked me to forward apologies to you for any dissatisfaction felt.They have stated that they were not aware of any problems in the dining room during your stay

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you experienced unacceptable noise levels in the Hotel. Unfortunately as this Hotel is situated on a busy main road there is very little that can be done to alleviate the noise problems especially at peak times of traffic flow. As overall you were very satisfied with the Hotel might I suggest for any future reservations that you ask for a superior room at the rear of the Hotel which would be much quieter.
