Very efficient, delivery came in two parts and arrived within the expected timeframe.
Only gripe would be around the lack of a text or email to advise of the specific details of the time/ date.

We usually send out a email to our customers confirming a delivery date, its a bit strange that you didn't get this email! I will pass this onto our IT department so they can investigate to see why this happened and prevent this happening to other customers.
In the future we are aiming to send delivery times/dates information via SMS, so watch this space!
