It was pretty quick but communication could have been better- claims handler didn’t know that repair centre had already booked car in and just got basic courtesy car from garage rather than the hire...

This is not our normal standard of service and please be assured we will be addressing our telephone performance and connectivity. Excellent Repair
The repair itself was fantastic and R&R Bodyshop were very good. I've put 4 Stars because I thought the communication from Jaguar Insurance could have been a bit slicker.
