Great communication and high-quality service, thank you. The box and cards are beautifully printed with excellent colour quality. Hard boxes are good quality and strong.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am very sorry to read you were disappointed with the final product and the overall experience, we put such an emphasis on making the process easy and the quality great so to see you were unhappy is upsetting to us.
Truthfully, I really do believe Ivory has done absolutely everything possible to help you with this. Once you contacted us about your order, we immediately tried to understand your concerns and implement a solution for you. After agreeing with yourself that you would send back a few packs for quality checking, our whole production team went through them and found a very slight variation, unfortunately this variation was infinitesimal and fell well within print tolerances, the idea of someone receiving one of our products and being unhappy with the quality is incredibly disappointing for us, however in this instance I genuinely think the requirements were impossible to attain.
We still want to help, and I am more than happy to discuss this further, you are always welcome to call or pop me an email.
