So far I have not had all that much to do with I and M up till now . I hope I shall be more positive when some sort of settlement is reached.When I have rung them they have been very helpful.

Extremely helpful that telephone lines are open in the evenings etc. Medical examination & physio arranged very quickly. Premex website to change appointments etc is also excellent
