Thank you for your feedback, I can confirm that your order was dispatched the same day as purchase - unfortunately, orders that were/are placed using the Royal Mail first class option are all currently experiencing much longer than usual delays with Royal Mail’s distribution and delivery services due to their ongoing strikes. Please check with your local Royal Mail sorting/delivery office as they are advising us that First Class deliveries are taking on occasion more than 10 working days to get through. Website was simple to use and I found what I wanted easily. Purchase made for a Christmas gift, will update to 5 stars if the booking is easily completed with the event organisers.
