Thank you for your feedback. I can see from your voucher details that we responded to your e-mail the next working morning (our offices are open Mon-Fri 09:00-5:00pm) - however, in this instance, you needed to contact the experience provider directly regarding your booking with them the following morning. Thank you for your feedback, Into The Blue responded to your e-mail the next working day (our office is manned Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) - advising that as per our terms and conditions it was the helicopter experience provider that you had made your booking with that you needed to contact regarding any rescheduling.
