Hi Holly, I am the owner of the company and I am really sorry you had a bad experience. I have looked into this and it appears that the first payment did not come through to our normal channels to alert us so we were unaware. I believe you ordered via a rental page rather than a purchase page and there Was some kind of glitch as a result, our developers are fixing. There were 2 payments taken and one has been refunded today. You mentioned 3 in the review so please let me know if I don't have this correct. This certainly wasn't intentional and we are sorry for any inconvenience. I asked Mustapha to contact you to apologise and explain earlier, so hope you can see whatever has occured was an honest mistake. Please feel free to ask for me direct if there is still an issue. Andy, Thank you for getting back to me. If you can provide me with your email address I can send you over information which proves the payment has been taken 3 times (all with different transaction IDS.) We never tried to place an order through a rental company, it was through your website as we wanted to purchase the whole unit not just rent one. Thanks Holly
