I am truly sorry for the service you received. We completely understand your frustration and we have taken your feedback into consideration and made some changes. We unfortunately had supply chain issues with GHD products at the time of your purchase. We were given promised deliveries by the manufacture itself which failed time after time on us as well. This isn't how we operate normally and we have since changed the processes around GHD products. From reviewing your order notes, we were in no way attempting to 'scam' you, unfortunately the shelves were emptying quicker than expected and GHD were having their own issues keeping our levels up to the demand at the time.
