Very helpful on phone but small print about paymemnt charges on the direct debit were not appreciated. Far from obvious when applying.

I have not been on my holiday as yet but I had given them the wrong…
I have not been on my holiday as yet but I had given them the wrong dates to begin with and they were very helpful in changing my policy for the dates required.
