Staff exceedingly helpful and friendly. Just a bit of a pain having to take out a totally new policy and then cancel the policy already taken out ,when a new health issue needed to be added.

Easy to get the policy. All documents forwarded before we departed. Even emailed claim form on our return in case (which we didn't) have a claim so u wouldn't need to look for one if you did !
