I have no idea if it is problem free or if it will be honoured if I make a claim.

Sorry that you thought the survey is pointless. Our aim is to get feedback on the sales process and not the claims process but we did not make this clear enough in the email to you. I did not take out this particular policy as I am over the age of 85 and therefore not eligible. However I did take out the Excess Lifestyle Policy
