Our policies work with all suppliers; by their nature they are a reimbursement policy (we have a contract with you and not the car provider, and protect you from often high excess charges and more, in the event you have an incident). We have however heard that some suppliers try and force you to take their insurance at the rental desk, when really you should have the option to be liable for the excess instead (which we would reimburse you for in the event of an incident and subsequent successful claim). On our website, we have guides and FAQs detailing what the car rental companies sometimes say and what you can say back to them.
