We had a fitter off sick and decided to send one rather than cancel jobs on the day. he did get some hold from you just attaching one part and thank you for that, we have also offered you some refund for that as you should not be involved. We have also offered you to replace parts free of charge of further refund as scuffs are small. Awaiting your reply. Apologies once again
