Poor customer service, no confirmation of receipt of claim paperwork even when further correspondence asked for it.

Thank you for our feedback and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. Your exercise dates were 18/03 – 01/04. Our Claims Assistance providers - Intana Global - requested confirmation of cover from us 22nd March and we responded by sending the policy schedule that day. They advised that claim forms were sent to the exercise leader, also on 22nd March. The Claim forms were returned to Intana on 22nd March and it appears they did not confirm receipt. We have advised them accordingly of this error. Both claims have been closed and gone throughfor payment to reimburse the exercise leader
