We are pleased to learn that you found the pace of the tour moderate and the time well managed, as a comfortable balance between sightseeing and rest is central to how we design our programmes. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that you found the itinerary good overall, and that everyone involved in the journey proved kind and knowledgeable. We appreciate your comment regarding the pace of the tour. It is understandable that you would have preferred a little more time in each place, and we shall share this observation with our Quality Control Department so that it may inform our review of the time allowed at each destination. Thank you once again for your thoughtful comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such an enthusiastic review. We are pleased to learn that your Travel Director kept the group together, provided excellent information and managed the journey so capably, and that your Coach Driver also made such a positive impression. It was especially encouraging to read that you found so much packed into the two weeks, and that the programme was so well planned that you would gladly undertake the whole journey again. Comments of this kind are greatly valued. Thank you once again for your generous feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for such a considered and generous review. We are pleased to learn that you found the tour so well organised and that the coach journeys, the Optional Excursions with Local Guides and the support of our Travel Director made the trip so enjoyable. It is particularly encouraging to hear that your driver made you feel safe throughout, and that your Travel Director took such care to assist when your travelling companion was troubled by a knee injury, while remaining respectful and patient with the whole group. We also note your interest in seeing more of Portugal, including Porto, and we hope to welcome you on another journey in future.

Thank you for such a detailed and generous review, and for your continued loyalty to Insight Vacations. We are pleased to learn that you valued the personal service of your Travel Director, from the guidance given before departure to the reminders and extra hotel nights arranged on your behalf. It is also encouraging to hear that the countryside, the architecture and the history of the region made such a strong impression on you. We appreciate your kind remarks about your Travel Director, whose daily explanations, historical commentary and personal attention helped the group to understand the story of the former Yugoslavia and made everyone feel valued, including those who were unwell. Your praise for the Coach Driver, who handled the winding roads so safely, is equally welcome, and we will ensure that your comments are passed on to both of them. It is especially rewarding to know that the home-cooked meal with a family in Sarajevo and the visits to long-established family properties stood out, as these encounters are central to what we hope to offer. We were sorry to learn that the hotel in Ljubljana did not match the standard of the other accommodation, and we will share this with our Operations Department. Thank you for your recommendation to friends, and we look forward to welcoming you on your next journey.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to learn that you found the Italian Escapades trip so rewarding, and that it was so well organised and comfortable. It is particularly encouraging to hear that our Travel Director paid such close attention to every detail, including individual preferences and food allergies, and that your Coach Driver made you feel safe throughout. We will ensure that your kind words are shared with both of them, and we hope to welcome you on another journey in future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and balanced review. We are pleased to learn that you enjoyed the tour and that your Travel Director's efforts to ensure everyone was well accommodated made such a positive impression. It was also encouraging to read that you found the accommodation excellent overall, that the Local Guides were very good, and that your visits to the Orkney Isles and the Isle of Skye were exceptional. We appreciate your candid comments on the pace of the itinerary and the menu selections. Your suggestion of including additional two-night stays is a valuable one, and we shall share it with our Operations Department, together with your remarks about the variety of menu choices, so that both may inform our review of the programme. We are also grateful for your understanding regarding the more rustic hotels, which are a feature of certain remote locations on this route. Thank you once again for your considered feedback, and for recommending the tour as an introduction to the British Isles and Ireland. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that you found the size of the group well suited to the journey, and that the coach, the hotels and the standard of service from your Travel Director and Coach Driver all met your expectations. It was also encouraging to read that you valued staying more than one night in each location, as this allows a more settled and unhurried experience of each destination. Thank you once again for your thoughtful comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and considered review, particularly as this was your fourth journey with us. We were sorry to learn that it proved to be your least favourite, and we appreciate the care with which you set out where the itinerary fell short of your expectations. We regret the difficulties you encountered with other groups on the Glacier Express and at the Mozart recital, which must have been both frustrating and embarrassing. We were also sorry to read that the facilities on board the Bernina Pass train were unsatisfactory, and that the time spent in St. Moritz, at Neuschwanstein Castle and in Salzburg did not meet your expectations. Your view that Munich, Innsbruck and Lucerne deserved greater prominence, and that Oberammergau might have made better use of the time, is a thoughtful one. We shall share these observations with our Operations and Quality Control Department so that they can inform our review of the programme. We were pleased that the Viennese Gala Concert and the ski jump demonstration were highlights, that you found the hotels of a good standard, and that you regarded your Travel Director and Coach Driver so highly. Thank you once again for your honest feedback. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience further, and we hope to have the chance to offer you a more rewarding journey in the future.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.
