Thank you for taking the time to share such a considered review. It is very encouraging to learn that the tour was well organised, and that your Travel Director's professionalism and proactive communication contributed to a smooth experience. We are also pleased that your Coach Driver's good humour made the more challenging routes easier to enjoy, and that the passion of the Local Guides brought each area to life. It is especially rewarding to hear that the time in Edinburgh was well balanced, and that Orkney and Skye proved to be the highlights of your journey. We appreciate your interest in returning to explore places such as Wick in greater depth, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a candid and balanced review. We are pleased to learn that you continue to value the service provided, and that Oktoberfest and the visit to the Eagle's Nest added historical interest and atmosphere to your journey. We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the cuisine. Culinary preferences are inevitably personal, and we will share your feedback with the Operations Department so that the variety of dining experiences may be reviewed. Your reflections on the concentration camp memorial site and on the urban graffiti are noted as well, since expectations of such places can differ considerably from the reality encountered. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review. It is very encouraging to hear that the accommodation and coach travel were comfortable, and that the itinerary gave you a rounded impression of Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick. We are particularly pleased that the Local Specialist, the scenery, the museums and lighthouses, and the cooking and mixology class contributed to such an enjoyable experience, and that your Travel Director's flexibility helped to enhance your journey. We also appreciate your comment regarding the departure arrangements on the final day. Clearer guidance on the latest recommended flight time would be helpful when planning onward travel, and we will pass your feedback to the relevant team for consideration. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and considered review. It is very encouraging to learn that the itinerary met your expectations and allowed you to experience Ireland and Northern Ireland in such depth within a single journey. We are especially pleased that the historical commentary was informative and that your questions were answered so thoroughly throughout the tour. We also appreciate your constructive suggestion regarding communication. A dedicated app for daily information and pre-trip forms is a practical idea, and we will share your feedback with the Operations Department for consideration. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that the experience offered a perspective that differed from your expectations, and it is encouraging to know that it allowed you to tick an item off your bucket list. Your comments are greatly appreciated, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that you found the service very good throughout your journey. We appreciate your suggestion of a two-night stay in Liverpool. It is understandable that a longer visit would allow more time to explore the city, and we shall share this observation with our itinerary Product Development Department so that it may inform our review of the length of stay at each destination. Thank you once again for your thoughtful comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that you enjoyed the company of your fellow travellers, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. We appreciate your comments regarding the Optional Excursions and the choice of restaurants. It is understandable that you would have preferred a greater number of experiences to be included in the price, and that you would have welcomed higher-quality dining. We shall share these observations with our Product Development Department so that they may inform our review of the value offered by the programme and of the venues we use. Thank you once again for your thoughtful comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a candid review. We were sorry to learn that the journey did not meet the standard you expected of Insight Vacations, and we appreciate the care with which you explained where it fell short. Understandably, you would have wished for more time at several of the locations, rather than brief stops that felt hurried. We also note your view that a number of the Optional Excursions might more appropriately have been included in the price, that few meals were provided, and that the standard of the hotels, baggage assistance and dining seemed to decline as the tour progressed. These are important observations, and we shall share them with our Product, Operations and Quality Control Department teams so that they may inform our review of the programme and of the value it offers. We were pleased to learn that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were excellent. Thank you once again for your honest and constructive feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.
