Brilliant service, i wont mention names because all the staff are fantastic during these trying times.

No reason given on why I should have to change my password after only 6 weeks. I would not expect this error to recur so soon after it having to be resolved previously.

Raised as an issue yesterday - not a major problem - but resolved on callback by Andy today. Very professional and easy to explain issue and get it resolved.

Would like to understand the root cause of the issue, together with corrective actions to prevent reoccurence as we have had similar issues many times before
