The new combination of personalised test mean I had to pay twice for some. The ranges used for doctors review are too broad to be useful.

Sorry to hear there were double ups in some of your tests. For future reference you can order custom panels from the personalised tests area of our website: https://www.i-screen.com.au/app/personalised-test which should avoid this scenario.
