We are sorry that we have not provided our usual level of service on this occasion. As I am sure you can appreciate we carry a very large inventory and it is not physically possible to have every line item in stock all of the time. We have, since your order, invested in new technology to keep our customers updated on the status of their orders via e-mail in order to prevent such issues in the future. I have always found hyperdrug to be quick and very efficient
