Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad that we had the chance to discuss this on the phone earlier today. Whilst this was not an entirely straightforward claim, we have not done enough to guide you through the process, and for this I sincerely apologize. Claims can be stressful experiences, and it is up to our team to keep in regular contact with you, and manage the various parties (insurers, loss adjusters, contractors) concerned.
