Excellent booking service
Have used for years but sadly now have lost my loyalty as you no longer get free nights in the loyalty programme only a much less small amount of money off future bookings.

I had a voucher from hotels .com and unfortunately was unable to authorise
Speak to the customer when they have a problem instead of saying contact supplier, contact another department and get a person saying I can’t help you , shocking service
