We have bought around 200 mattress's over the past few years and they've all been delivered on time as agreed. HCB's are a good and helpful company to work with

Thank you for your review and I am sorry you have had this experience. I have listened to the call in question and I would say I did not find our sales member to have any attitude only that he was not able to answer your question as it was something that we do not not manufacture so could not advise.
After speaking to our transport department regarding the delivery I have found that this was refused the first time when the driver arrived as you were not there to accept delivery. He then tried on his return trip but again you were not available. We then emailed you and delivered on the third occasion.
This was the first time we have bought from this service. We are very happy with the excellent quality, reasonable price and good customer service. Will be ordering again. Thank you.

Thank you for your review. I am pleased you found ordering quick and easy. As advised our the website and in ordering process and discussed before placing the order I am afraid we are not insured that we only deliver to the entrance of the building as we are not insured from there and only deliver with one person.
Very happy with the beds, however, the delivery instructions that I gave were NOT passed onto the delivery driver. This caused problems for myself and the driver, who was dressed and unhelpful to...

Thank you for your review and I am sorry this happened on delivery as the advise was given to the driver but this was an agency driver and he clearly did not want to do the job. I have taken this up with the agency and we will not be using him again. Please accept my apologies.
