Great bed a little higher than I thought. Very sturdy with a great mattress. I've given three stars because the delivery man wouldn’t take it upstairs. What has happened with the service culture.

Thank you for your review and I am pleased you found the bed sturdy and mattress great. Regarding the delivery we do advertise and also advise when we book the delivery in that it is to the threshold of the building as we are not insured from there as would normally deliver to hotels and porters unload us. Our service culture is great and have many reviews to back this up. I am not sure how we can advertise this clearer that we do not deliver to room of choice when we have told you prior to delivery.
