Beds high but comfortable. Delivered on time but couldn’t take upstairs where other furniture companies have. One castor has fallen off but have fixed rather than move bed again myself

Thank you for your review and I am pleased you found the beds comfortable. As we are a contract supplier we do not offer a room of choice delivery and do advise this on our FAQ's. I am glad that by sending the female for the castor this has solved the issue.
