Thank you for your review we do advertise this on the delivery information and when we call to arrange delivery and when we text confirmation of delivery and when the driver calls prior to delivery on the day. I am at a loss at what point you missed being informed.

Purchase and delivery all went smoothly and to plan - very pleased. Could be improved by having more than one delivery person so items can be delivered up/downstairs and not just to ground floor.
Everything was top class. We stayed at a lovely b&b and had to ask the landlady about the lovely bed. I ordered from the website and everything was excellent but even better, we now have the best bed...
