Super comfy mattress delivered quickly. Very happy. We found them after a very good hotel stay, they looked up what the mattress was so we knew we were ordering a mattress that was going to suit us....

Thank you for your review, we do advertise all sizes on the site. The bed is the correct length for a zip and link to make it easier for single linen. We have offered to replace but understand that you cannot be bothered.

Thank you for taking the time to review and we are pleased you will highly recommend our company. Regarding the delivery, it is simply that we deliver into hotels as standard and goods are unloaded from us. To operate a two-man delivery service or room of choice would require a new fleet of vans and more staff to which the cost would then be passed on and we believe having looked at this that by informing customers at the time of order that we only deliver kerbside and then advise this when confirming the order and then when booking in that we do make this aware and therefore keeps our prices the best for customers. Thank you for your feedback.
