Product quality could be better. Some minor rips and scuffs which are very small to the naked eye.

Thank you for your review, we do put this on the FAQ,s and delivery information and acknowledgement of order and when we call to book the delivery in. At any of these times, you would have known this. We are a contract supplier and deliver to hotels and have porters to unload but are happy to supply the general public on the proviso that the delivery is doorstep as we are not insured to go further.
Buyer beware- you only get 14 days for a refund, however it took 7 weeks for the mattress to fail. Yes they have offered a replacement but any company that has a failing mattress after 7 weeks I do...
