I placed the order via the interned with in 5 mins of the order being placed i received a telephone call confirming the order i was informed how the delivery would be made everything was very smooth...

Thank you for your review and I am so pleased you found the purchase to be so smooth. Regarding the delivery as stated on the website we are only insured to deliver to the door as we are a contract supplier delivering to hotels generally and do not deliver on a 2 man service,

Excellent service bed arrived when they said delivery guys were great and very pleasant and helpful phoned to say when they would deliver and were within 10mins when they arrived.
