Thank you for your review and I think that you have mis understood us as we were happy for you to return the headboard but there would have been a carriage charge but can understand you did not wish to pay this.

This is made in this way to help housekeeping when making the beds. It can be stopped by placing a blanket under the mattress.
Very helpful on the phone prior to buying. Beds were delivered pretty quickly and all preserved in plastic. I couldn't have chosen a better company to deal with. They're fabulous beds too!

Thank you for your review and I am pleased that you found our staff helpful. As we are a contract supplier we are used to the products being unloaded from the lorry. We do advise this when booking the delivery that people need to be around on to unload the delivery and I am sorry that you did not get this message.
I have looked into this and on this day in question an agency driver was used as was not one of our staff so do apologise for this.
Good web site. Easy to order. Beds needed urgently, exceptional efforts to make delivery in time for move into temporary accommodation following a house fire.
