Thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies for the previous two orders that were delivered incorrectly and pleased that we got the third one correct first time once we changed our process with you. The issue arose as the order was a bespoke item and was a mis communication over the telephone where you required the drawers but since we have now changed our policy and ask for a line drawing this has worked as the third delivery was correct. On a more positive note I am pleased that you find the beds comfy.
The products are superb however the delivery wharehouse leaves you a little confused as you order a particular product and out of serveral deliveries they get it wrong a number of times

Thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies for the incorrect delivery as this was a new driver and he delivered the incorrect items to different locations. We have now implemented a new labeling system which has eradicated this issue.
