The service on the telephone was great and the only way that I found out that the height could be lower than on the website. Delivered on time and slept in already.

Good personal interaction on telephone. Good advice on products. Simple order process. Delightful delivery man. Extremely pleased with our purchases.
Only negative is that the delivery was early but...

Good telephone manner, helpful.
Only slight hiccup was the wait for delivery day when the reipient only lived locally.
